These Cutting Boards Are Made With Shimanto Hinoki, A Japanese Cypress That Only Grows In Shimanto Basin. This Lumber Has Natural Resistance To Bacteria And Mold Making It The Best Choice For Kitchenware, Traditional Bath Tubs And Stools. Its Soft Surface Prevents Damage To The Knife Keeping The Edge Last Longer And Gets Rid Of Odor Quickly. It Comes With A Integrated Stand Making It Easy To Dry After Washing. – When Using For The First Time Please Wash With Water, There Is No Need To Apply Any Oil
– Please Lightly Wet The Cutting Board Before Each Use. After Cutting Foods That Leaves Color, Please Wash The Board With Water.
– When Washing Please Use Water And Brush Type Scrubber, It’S Recommended Over Sponges.
– Board Will Eventually Turn To Darker Color, If You Wish To Prevent This Please Spray Alcohol To The Board Predically.
